The Process

No mystery. Here's the whole process.

You wouldn't trust a shop that starts swapping parts before the diagnostic. Same rule here.

01

The Roadmap call.

A free working session on a video call. We go through your sales process the way a mechanic goes through a car: where do leads come from, what happens on the first call, where do deals stall, what do you find yourself explaining over and over. You'll talk more than we will. By the end, we both know where the friction is.

02

The Roadmap document.

Within days you get the Video Sales Roadmap: your sales process mapped, friction points staged in order of damage, and the specific videos that fix each one, sequenced biggest leak first. It's a working document, not a brochure. It's yours to keep no matter what you decide.

03

The First Fix.

If the Roadmap makes sense, we start with one thing: the biggest leak. One friction stage, fixed with video, planned, shot, and built around where it lives in your sales process. Then a deployment plan, and a 90-day check-in to measure what moved. We don't drop files and disappear. The measurement is part of the product.

Sample Roadmaps

What a Roadmap looks like, by industry.

These are sample documents built around fictional companies. Company names, sales processes, and quotes are illustrative — they do not describe any real client. The structure and methodology are exactly what you'd receive.

What about the investment?

Fair question — and here's our honest answer: we don't publish prices, because we'd be guessing at your problem. Prices on a website are quotes made before the diagnosis, and that's backwards. On the Roadmap call we'll find the friction first; if video is the right fix, we'll talk real numbers together on the walkthrough — a fixed rate, the same for every client, with financing over six months available. And if the Roadmap shows video isn't your bottleneck, we'll say that too.

Who this is for.

Owner-led Canadian B2B companies — manufacturers, fabricators, trades, professional services — doing real revenue, where the owner is still close to sales and knows something in the process is leaking.

Who this is not for.

Companies that want a videographer to show up, film something pretty, and leave. There are people who do that. We're not them.

Free. Yours to keep. No pitch on the call.
